you've been bugged by people all around that they need a screenshot from you inorder for them to look at your profile or making a post about it.. so here's the way to do it...
• Press the "Print Screen" button to capture the desired screen

• Open/run your image editor software (Ms Paint, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Paint Shop Pro, etc.)
(For this example I'm using Microsoft Paint because this is the most common among all)
• Paste your screen capture


• Do any necessary editing process (cropping, resizing, etc.)

• Save the picture

and upload that picture to any sites that hosts pictures (www.imageshack.us , www.photobucket.com etc.)
